Recently Purchased World (Space Oneblock by Honeyfrost) crashes upon opening world (Switch)

we recently downloaded a world from the store: "Space Oneblock" by Honeyfrost.  since purchasing, any world we create with the template will not work.  upon creation/trying to open the world, it will crash/close the game within seconds of starting to load.  We have deleted/created the world multiple times, confirmed we're logged into our microsoft account, checked for corrupt data/redownloaded the game and the error/crash still happens.
