Cobweb is displayed incorrectly in first person

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get a cobweb in your head using command (/replaceitem entity @s slot.armour.head 1 web).
2. Look at it in first person.

Observed Results:
The position of the cobweb in first person is incorrect.
 
Expected Results:
The cobwebs position should be correct in first person.
