Bedrock tooltips are not as transparent as Java Tooltips ( Java Parity)

The Tooltips on Bedrock edition are less transparent than the ones on Java. The problem now enters when you have an item that has a lot of enchantments, it blocks most of the hotbar on Mobile devices. E.g
