No longer possible to open chat while sleeping in the New Bed Screen if enough people are sleeping

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a singleplayer world
2. Sleep when it becomes nighttime

Observed result:
You can't open chat while sleeping.

Expected result:
You are able to send messages while sleeping, like in the Old Bed Screen.
