Problem breaking block in multiplayer game

When trying to break blocks in multiplayer mode, the block the player is aiming for flashes on the screen. This issue causes the player to break the block they were not aiming for and the block they were aiming for is not broken or takes a long time to break. The bug is also present in the previous version, 1.21.0.
