crashes when breaking blocks into nothing or loading chunks

I'm having some fps drop problems when breaking blocks or loading chunks, the automatic CPU usage is due to the fact that I'm normally recording the game at 120fps but even with maximum performance I'm having this problem, not just on a server but playing in a world alone with minimal render distance or even minimal graphics.
