Migration cape disappeared from my owned capes list.

Not that long ago I had the red and black cape given after migrating my account to Microsoft. The cape appears available for Java, however it disappeared in Bedrock edition. I remember having it and being able to use it in Bedrock, yet the cape disappeared and I never found a way to equip it again.

 

Below are the screenshots of the capes available for me in Java and Bedrock. I remember being able to use the migration cape in Bedrock, but it suddenly disappeared.

 

Would there be a way to recover this?
