Kicked out of containers loaded by clone or structure

Whilst in a container, a container in the same rotation and the same type being loaded in the same area kicks you out of the container. It used to be that you would stay in the container and any new items would load in instead.

Steps to reproduce:

Step 1. Place a command block cloning a chest to any location

Step 2. Open the newly cloned chest.

You will be kicked out, which doesn't seem like an intended feature and is very bad for regenerating chests that generate items with enchants or names.
