Founder's Cape shows a System Requirements Warning

The Founder's Cape shows a "System Requirements Warning" when going to its Marketplace page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure you already own the Founder's Cape
2. Go to Marketplace -> My Content -> Founder's Cape
3. Press this button:
   

Observed result:
A System Requirements Warning pops up, as if the pack needs hardware that supports ray tracing, even on hardware that does support ray tracing.

Expected result:
A different error, such as "You already own this pack" or "This pack is unavailable to purchase", or no error at all appears.
