The texture turn into error texture when loaded with specific texture

The block texture turn into error texture ( see Screenshot ).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download the addon file below
2. Import to the game
3. Active BP and RP to a world ( Not Experiment Required )
4. Take the block added from Creative Inventory
5. Place down and observe

Observed Results:
The block render incorrect texture provided in resource pack
