I can't play on my realms +, even though I've already paid for my subscription for the month

I went to play on my realm and was told that It was closed, I went to check if I needed to renew and It said I had an overdue balance on my realm, but when I went to go fix it I couldn't find a way to fix it anywhere, along with that I've already paid the subscription for this month
