Delayed or prolonged command

There is an issue in delayed and prolonged movement and commands. It's as if there's a permanent lag when entering to game, and when sprinting, crouching, jumping(etc) you are stuck in movement for an additional 10-30 seconds with only mouse control. Fingers can be off the keyboard and you're still stuck. After deleting and redownloading the game this issue remains. This issue goes for newer players on Windows as well. After trying previous versions and newer (1.20.4-1.21) this issue neither lets up or worsens.
