PS5 preview - Cursor gets stuck on topmost button when navigating menus

When accessing the settings, and you move left or right on the menu tabs to configure any settings, if doing so from said tabs, the cursor can get stuck on the top-most button available. It is repeatable by going into settings and spamming left and right on any of the tabs.
