Issue with bogs ONLY in trail chambers (lost maxed out netherite sword)

This is a pretty easy to explain issue, so the way that bogs are coded when a player has the "trail omen" affect is that they won't ever drop their armor and bows, do when I accidentally dropped my maxed out netherite sword and a bog picked it up, it didn't drop it. This affects every trail chamber when a player has trail omen activated. I don't have any screenshots, but it did happen, I was on a realm so I contacted the owner to put on a back up of the world lol. 

 

Hope this gets fixed, this is the second game breaking issue I've had with the new update, gunna go report the other bug right now lol.
