I have an issue with a glitch in settings

Hi Mojang it’s me Matteo I reported 2 bugs in this program but this is one of the scariest ones. I was playing with my friend in version 1.21.81 my friend is called TommyTheTomato6, when at one point during the  game the setting page was entirely glitched with text that keyboard cannot type I wanted to take a screenshot and translate what it said, and I found this phone number: “1211264”. And different words and numbers I attached the screenshot for you to understand more.
