Majority of my purchased packs not working

A large majority of the texture packs/mash-up packs I purchased from Minecraft themselves (The ones that were on the legacy Xbox One version), do not work. Out of the five texture packs I purchased from you, only two (The Minecraft Classic Texture Pack and Halloween Mash-Up pack) actually work, and the rest I have (The City Texture Pack, Fantasy Texture Pack, and Festive 2016 Mash-Up pack) don't even function at all. I recommend fixing these, because until you do, it's gonna feel like I completely wasted my money on something that doesn't work.
