Can't Multiplayer Using Hotspot

In the other versions of MCPE like 0.9.5 - 0.15.0 Build 2 is working. But in the 0.15.1+ or 0.16.0+ its now can't multiplayer with hotspot. It must now to use WIFI. Fix this bug please.
