Y-axis sensitivity doubles on mobile devices

Y-axis sensitivity doubles on mobile devices.Windows edition doesn’t seem to have it.

This issue first appeared in BE 1.20.70(or maybe earlier in preview) and until now it hasn’t been solved yet.

How to trigger: just use mobile devices (both iOS and android) and swipe the screen horizontally and vertically.
