World's Won't Load

I exited my world while I was in the nether to turn it into a realm (idk if the realm part matters) and when I tried to enter the realm and it loads 7 bars, waits for about 5 minutes, and then gives me an error. When I entered the original one the same error appears, and I did the exact same thing on my phone and the same thing is happening. Now it's gotten worse and won't let me into any world on either of my devices. I am literally unable to play any world, or anyone else's worlds on any of my devices

 

My phone and Playstation still won't load and I know it isn't internet issues, my phone was also connected to mobile data but the same things still happen
