Unable to claim Achievement-Based Character Creator items.

After unlocking the Bedrock Achievements for 1.21 on my android phone, I was unable to claim the achievements Character Creator items. I've also been unable to claim the "Victor's ____" set of CC items since they were released. I assume it's due to phone and Wi-Fi lag since mobile sucks with all games.

Probably unrelated, but during the mob vote in 2023, I was left unable to join the voting world and thus soft locked out of getting the cape and CC items. I say probably due to it possible being caused by the same reason.
