Wind Burst activation distance is different from Java

I enchant my mace with wind burst 3, but I got a really differences from bedrock ang java. In Java Edition, you can "activate" the wind burst within >3 blocks. Meanwhile in Bedrock Edition its >5 blocks to "activate" the wind burst.
