Netherite armor reduces the boost from the Wind Burst enchantment

If you wear Netherite armor, it decreases the knockback from Wind Burst.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Obtain a mace with wind burst
2. Hit a mob and note how high it launches you
3. Wear Netherite armor and note how high it launches you

Observed result:
Wind Burst does not ignore Netherite armor's knockback resistance.

Expected result:
Wind Burst ignores Netherite armor's knockback resistance.
