Users can re-enable achievements for a world by modifying the level.dat file of the save.

First, the user exports the world where achievements cannot be obtained. Then, they create a new world with the same seed without enabling cheats, ensuring that achievements can be earned, and export this new world as well. By opening the worlds as compressed files, they copy the level.dat file from the non-cheat world and replace the level.dat file in the cheated world. After replacing the file, the user imports the modified world back into the game, completing the modification.
