All worlds gone

I needed to update minecraft, it didnt work. then i quit the launcher and restarted it, i didnt need to update it i pressed play and all 7 (probably) worlds have been gone. i signed in and nothing, i spent hours with my friends in those worlds! please fix it cause im not gonna be happy.
