End Rods don't show there light particles

I have a samsung galaxy tab A

End Rods should emit white particles.

In pocket edition however, they do not emit any particles.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Place an End Rod
• Notice that no particles are emitting

Please see screenshot for an example of how they should look.

(This ticket is not to be confused with MCPE-18169 which is referring to the breaking particles)
