Signs don’t properly retain their text when edited

When editing a sign, the text that was present on the sign is instead replaced with the sign you last placed or edited. If you have left and rejoined before editing the sign, the sign’s text is replaced with nothing.

 

Expected Behavior

The sign would retain its last text, and allow you to edit that.

Actual Behavior

The sign text is replaced with text from the last sign you edited, or nothing in the case where you haven’t edited a sign.
