Blocks don't break instantly while in creative mode

Recently when I updated my minecraft version to 1.21.0 , I am not able break blocks instantly in creative mode and when I tried to break block while standing on it , I phase through that block. Only paintings break instantly. I am not able to make my builds . Please fix this .
