Deformation of armor and characters wearing armor

I don't even need to say anything about it, right? I've had this problem with minecraft for over a year and I can't solve it, I've uninstalled and installed it, deleted the data and nothing has solved it.

This is really disturbing, the game is crashing like it never did before.
