Mobs Not Spawning

My realm that I created in 1.20 is now not spawning hostile mobs at night, even though its at Normal mode. I do have a few Vanilla+ Addons equipped (FoxyNoTail, Veinminer, etc.) but I doubt that should affect this bug.
