Worlds cant load due to corruption

Game has been freezing and corrupting my worlds. Latest issue is that after redoing all of my progress since last corruption. I was able to save a copy of my world. So it saved  just fine. Took a break. Came back to load in my world and neither the main world or copy will load. It says there was a problem loading this world. So basically saying cirrupted. Which kind of sucks. All my progress lost. Game seems to be getting worse. I hve over 1000 hours put into my world. If i lose it. Im done with this broken game.
