Game gets suck in "Saving World" screen

After playing in a world for more than an hour, when you save & exit, the game goes to the "Saving World" screen. However it just gets stuck there. The panorama is still moving and the arrow chest icon indicating that it's saving is also still moving, it's just stuck on the "Saving World" screen. Even after waiting a couple of hours it's still stuck on the "Saving World" screen. This was never really a problem on my Xbox One before 1.21.0 was released.
