World freeze and damage out of nothing

When playing with my friends if we are more than 2 users the world starts to lag and today after the new update a new bug appeared in our world when lagging the world blocks itself but we can walk and suddenly we take damage out of nowhere barely dying (full netherite) I quitted the world and when I'm alone nothing happens it's smooth
