I can't download worlds from realm

 

 I can't download my world in the realm, this is very detrimental to me because I need that world as soon as possible, when I try to download the world, an error message appears. I have tried various ways so that my world can be saved but until now I haven't can download my world. 

 

So I asked Mojang to help me download my world, because I really need it, the world I want to download is a backup of version 1.20.81. 

 

I'm really disappointed because from what I see, this bug has been around for several years and hasn't been fixed until now. 

I only ask to be able to return my world, that's all.
