Z-Fighting When Villagers Are sleeping

Noticed some Z-Fighting with a Villager's lower arms and hands while he was sleeping.

I did manage to capture a screenshot of this happening.

Note: This happened in 1.20.85 however the version was removed from the list due to the upcoming release of 1.21, hence why it has the new version number
