The map sometimes appears on top when suffocating

As shown in the picture, the sprites of the map are sometimes displayed in the square.

How to reproduce:
Get a map or explorer map
Use 

/tp ~~-2~

 to move yourself into the block

Expected behavior:
You shouldn't be able to see the map

What actually happened:
You can see the elves on the map

Note:
During my testing, sometimes this error may not occur or the texture of the explorer map will be displayed, and sometimes it will not be displayed.
