Crash Rollback Inconsistency

1. Made 30 Tilled Soil and Placed 30 wheat seeds
2. Made about 24 Tilled soil (within 30 blocks) and placed 17 potatoes
3. Placed 6 berries to have bushes, 3 near wheat, 3 near chest in-between farms.
4. Placing 3 berries at potatoes, when game crashed
5. Relogged
6. Wheat farm (#1) is gone. Seeds are not in inventory or in chests or on ground. Tilled soil also gone from that area.
7. Potato farm (#2) is still there. No changes.
8. 9 Berries (#3+4) are in inventory.

Wheat farm was next to the sugar cane in the attached images.
