NPC's do not execute the commands

Im trying to make a dialogue, but when i try to use the commands to change the dialogue, like /dialogue open @e[tag=blablabla] @s, the NPC dont execute, when i try in the console, It works, Just the NPC doenst accept, um on Minecraft bedrock 1.20.81
