Trial omen doesn't work

What SHOULD happen:

1. Drink Ominous Bottle
2. Go into Trial Chambers
3. Do some Ominous Trials

What ACTUALLY happens:

1. Drink Ominous Bottle
2. Go into Trial Chambers
3. Get disappointed because the Bad Omen isn't replaced with Trial Omen
