boat glitches through walls

Description:

When you place a boat very close to a one Block wide Wall, you can get in the boat and ride it straight through the wall.

How to reproduce:

1. Place boat very close to a wall(one block thick wall with enough space for the boat on both sides)
2. get in boat and try to ride it into the wall
3. you are now inside of the wall and taking damage
4. keep going
5. you are now on the other side of the wall

Observed results: you just phased through a wall made of solid blocks using a boat.

Expected results: You shouldn't be able to do that with boats.
