TNT does not jump correctly when lit by flint of steel.

When you light a piece of TNT, it doesn't jump up and then down, it just falls from about 1/4 a block. It still goes in the north direction (I think that's the right direction) but it doesn't jump up then down. It teleports up and falls down.
