Achievement not getting

For several years I don't get achievements from 1.16 - 1.21 and my friend LeoRonalda getting achievements everyday but I don't. I reported 3 times and three times I got resolved this time I got mail from the mod it again said resolved but not resolved and getting achievements without the label achievement cannot be earned in this world.
