Unable to reset arm to default when not having any

Steps to reproduce:

1. Reinstall the game and don't sign in
2. Go to Dressing Room -> Edit Character -> Body -> Arms and claim one of the free arms
3. Equip the free arm

Observed result:
The "Owned Arms" section doesn't appear after obtaining an arm, so resetting your arm immediately isn't possible.

Expected result:
The claimed item should've moved from the All Arms section to a created Owned Arms sections (better to refresh the entire side of the screen to change this easily after every claim/bought item).
