My World is gone

I was having trouble playing the java edition so I had deleted and redownloaded minecraft to see if I would be able to play it but it didnt work. I ended up going back to bedrock and my world was completely gone. I had been playing it for the past couple days and I had put alot of effort into my world and I just want to see if im able to get it back.
