New purchases failing to download and install
The Marketplace will not download or install any new purchases, or update existing purchases. It freezes on the download phase at 0% every time. Some of these purchases I've had for over 4 weeks now. I've tried both shutting off/exiting the app, as well as ending the task in Task Manager. Neither solution seems to work.
