Addons arent showing for players who join

When players join my worlds that have addons they have to clear their cache and downloads to be able to see them. This happens for every new player who joins. It happens on realms and normal worlds. I don't now if this is a problem on windows because the people I invite from post join on Xbox. It happens with very few addons and many addons. Below I will attach screenshots from my friends Xbox but it isn't addon specific and happens to any addon and usually multiple addons get this effect.
