The spyglass can be used to reduce fall damage

When using the spyglass and falling, it reduces fall damage.

Reproducing:

1. Use a spyglass (Actively using it with the use button)
2. Fall off a drop
Additionally, here's a video of me recreating it.

Observed Results:

Depending on the fall (as shown in the attached video), fall damage is greatly reduced (more or less half the damage that should be taken from the fall)

Expected Results:

The fall should result in normal fall damage, however when using the spyglass, it is reduced. 

Ex. fall that would result in five hearts or damage taken instead results in about two hearts of damage when falling and using the spyglass.

Notes:

This has been tested on both Windows and PS5 both on a survival realm and a creative world, on the realm it could only be reproduced roughly half the time, however on the creative world it resulted in reduced fall damage 100% of the time.
