Axolotl not spawning

I tried to search axolotl in multiple worlds and also create a axolotl farm under required conditions but it's still not spawning in lush caves as well as in farms, I spend at least 15 hours for the search of axolotl but I didn't find any single one. Hope so you will resolve that issue..
