Any stonebricks doubled in value for the clear command

1. Get a command
2. Get any stone bricks
3. In the command put /clear @p stonebrick <item data of the item> 0

Observed results 

It's showing  that I have 128 this leads to a bug where other stonebricks gets cleared with it

Expected results

It should show me having 64 and only clear that
