Tools don't lose durability after mining Decorated Pots

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a pot
2. Break it with a pickaxe
3. Notice it doesn't lose durability
Observed Results:
Pickaxe loses no durability, despite the pot being destroyed compared to hitting it with your hand
Expected Results:
The pickaxe's durability goes down.
