Alt-Tabbing and pressing the Super key crash dwm.exe and cause a BSOD with the code SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I am getting a dwm.exe crash when doing a alt-tab or pressing the super key, so basically just doing normal computer stuff. This is seeming to crash dwm.exe, aka the window manager.

This is on windows 11 with a 7800 XT on amd driver version 24.5.1 and I will also provide the output of the minidump when I run _{!analyze -v in WinDbg.}
